Analysis and characterization of RF and microwave devices


Analysis and characterization of the amplitude and phase responses of electronic components (circuits and antennas) in the 10 MHz – 43.5 GHz and 75 GHz – 110 GHz bands. Within the band 30 KHz – 6.5 GHz the required equipment is portable, thus allowing for its easy deployment. It is also possible to perform high-accuracy measurements of inductance, capacitance, and resistance of electronic devices up to 500 kHz, and to characterize periodic signals up to 50 GHz. Finally, it is possible to characterize in-chip integrated circuits using a GSG probe, up to 110 GHz.
