Deployment of temporary networks with ballon-, drone-, or station-(fixed or mobile) based hubs, with a bit rate of up to 1.5 Mpbs and variable range, depending on the deployment geometry. These networks will be capable of supporting data connections in temporary operational setups (on land or at sea) requiring TCP connectivity.
